Leadership Roundtables
Leadership Roundtables (LRT) connect Latino leaders serving Latino communities across Colorado with one another, with LCFC, and with needed resources. Leaders connect bimonthly to discuss topics relevant to their work, identify and address challenges in the nonprofit sector, and explore opportunities for partnership and support.
LCFC began hosting Leadership Roundtables in 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to support leaders during a time of unprecedented challenge. LRTs have become an essential element of LCFC’s Connecting Communities initiatives and a critical touchpoint to distribute and discuss community investment opportunities across the state.
