Latinas LEAD

Colorado is home to approximately 400,000 Latinas between the ages of 15-35 that will have the opportunity to change the leadership landscape to reflect a more equitable democracy. Understanding this potential, Latinas LEAD was created to catalyze the power of community and philanthropy to strengthen the leadership development process of Latinas so that they can drive social change.

Latinas LEAD will catalyze the philanthropic nature of Latinas who value identity, culture and giving back to their communities. We will fund leadership projects or programs, provide scholarship opportunities to attend local or national leadership trainings, cultivate networking and mentorship opportunities, and host the annual Power Summit.

We are thrilled to announce our inaugural Latinas LEAD grantmaking cycle made possible by the generous support from Latina leaders and allies. We believe that the leadership mindset begins early and requires all of us putting in our best efforts to connect girls and women  to resources, opportunities and leadership pathways so that we can use our skills, talents, and voice to positively impact the community.
