OPENING DOORS WIDER TRAINING

Latino Age Wave Colorado (LAWC) regularly hosts trainings to raise awareness about the unique needs in serving Latino older adults and their families through a culturally responsive lens. Through this training, we define and explore cultural assets, share current and projected demographic data and identify opportunities for equity in service delivery. Each session is limited to 25 participants in order to provide intentional interaction. Light refreshments and all materials are provided.

Who Should Attend

While this training is open to the public, it is geared to health and human service providers in the public and private sectors, advocates and students.
