TELLING OUR STORY FORUMS

For the past five years, the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado (LCFC) has conducted a Telling Our Story forum in Denver to convene community leaders, policy and decision makers, and stakeholders to address an issue that is pertinent to the community. The forum elevates and addresses critical issues in the Latino community in a thought-provoking way. The LCFC believes that by stretching peoples' beliefs around an issue they are empowered to act in a coordinated way which leads to collective power and social change.

In addition to the statewide forum, in 2018 LCFC expanded opportunities for Latinos, as well as opportunities for the organization to learn from community members near and far. LCFC held three mini-forums throughout Colorado in Alamosa, Glenwood Springs, and Fort Morgan.

Save the date for the 2019 Statewide Telling Our Story Forum, taking place September 15-16 in Denver, CO.
